Your support during these unusual times means the world to our small team at PAPAYA. We are honored to bring you our positive and uplifting offerings to support you and your loved ones to stay creative and connected during this period of isolation. We are offering shipping for online orders during Covid-19. We are a small, family run business and we maintain our own private warehouse which is not open to the public. We are shipping with just two of us at this time offering our full PAPAYA collection from a safe and quarantined environment. Orders placed will generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Tracking an Order
Once you have placed your order you may view your order status by logging into your account. You will also find your tracking number at the bottom of your email shipping notifications.
To cancel or modify an order, please email us at email@example.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to modify or cancel the order, but we will do our best. We are open M-TH 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
